Runaway mentor at tesc

Is there a process to talk to someone at tesc about a mentor? We have a real cowboy. 60% drop out rate in the first week.
I expect them to defend their mentor since they hired this person and do not want to look bad but some folks have had to alter their education track because they dropped.
I have seen drops before in other ol courses but this is excessive.

How is 60% of the students dropping in the first week possibly the mentor's fault? Lots of people drop classes right away. Its normal. I had a boat load of drops in my computer architecture class. Some of these people obviously knew absolutely nothing about computers and had no business being in that class. They figured it out within two weeks.
