Okay so I have a rough draft for a degree I wanted to see what you guys thought and if you had any advice especially for the literature requirements which you see have nothing as I'm still thinking up a game plan for them.

It is looking good so far
I don't think tests are available for a lot of the BA English credits, so you will need to complete quite a few courses.
There are English courses available at: (thanks to KayV, Sanantone, and Westerner)
BYU
Adams State University
Western Washington University
Fresno Pacific
University of Idaho
Colorado State Pueblo
and TESC have a few too.
ALEKS can be used to get 12 math credits for $20 if you prepare in advance and complete them in one month. These can fill out some gen ed.
There are quite a few credits available at Saylor for free, or very low cost, that will help fill out gen ed. and free electives.
NFA 3 free credits for free electives.
TEEX 6 free credits for free electives.
Kaplan PLA course 3 free credits for free electives.
Also consider Straighterline.
Aleks: Beginning, Intermediate, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Intro to Statistics Straighterline: Cultural Anthropology, Religion, Biology, Environmental Science, Philosophy, Eng Comp I, C++. Working on - Eng Comp II, Intro Comm Sophia Intro to Psych TEEX: CYB101, CYB201, CYB301 NFA: Q318, Q118, Q137 Kaplan: Documenting Experiences

Also, if you wanted to avoid the Penn Foster class, you could switch to a BA in Liberal Studies and take the TECEP in Abnormal Psychology (PSY-350) or DSST Fundamentals of Counseling (PSY-331) for those last three upper level hours.

Lemonsama, here is my degree plan for my BA in English at TESC. I purposely chose to take a couple grammar/linguistic-leaning courses because of the direction I want to head post degree. Also, please note that I haven't completed all of this yet, but it is approved by TESC and listed on my academic evaluation with them (with the exception of the UExcel exam - I haven't asked them to add that yet) .
