Yep. In short, Excelsior College liberal arts majors have high pay at graduation in very large part because Excelsior College liberal arts majors, as a group and compared to other colleges, were established in their careers before they even signed up with Excelsior College. The high pay at graduation compared to other colleges isn't an outcome of the EC degree (much).
