I have just passed Intro to Business Law with a 57. I didn't study much for the exam. I only used the InstantCert flashcards and only viewed them once. The scenarios on the flashcards seemed to be harder than the actual test for me. I didn't study much because I recognized most of the terminology from my real estate course but I would recommend that anyone should go through the cards a little more to be sure to pass.

I passed Human Growth and Development a few weeks ago along with Business Law today. I graduate with a B.S. in Consumer Affairs from the University of Alabama in August. I am looking into MBA programs and will try to clep the prerequisites if possible. I wish that I had tried clep sooner in the process of achieving my B.S. It would have saved a lot of time and money.
