I've never heard of one nor see it in their fees in current catalog either.

Well, there are some other requirements with COSC. You can still transfer in 114 credits, but you need a total of 30 credits from regionally accredited college (6 will come from cornerstone and capstone and 24 other.. either transfer or taken there). And you need at least 1 lab science in the mix. I think I have that right.
oh, and cosc no longer takes the institutes ethics from what I've heard on here. that course is on your degree plan thread I think? and the TEEX won't transfer either

Only TESU has a residency waiver fee. None of the other Big 3 schools have that.
