Thank you for pointing that out.
The waiver is 2800, 3+3 corner cap, total 5074. Would you recommend going with flat tuition (4928) and taking 12cr? Or would those course be much slower than SDC,SL,...?
Is SOS-110 only available "Aug 2019, Sep 2019, Oct 2019, Nov 2019, Dec 2019", and not in Jan 2020?

The flat tuition would be cheaper, but it requires you take all those credits in a single term. Many folks would find that difficult to do. You could do some of them as ePacks, but they still have to be done in that same 12 week timeframe.

You need 16 TESU (not 12) credits to avoid the residency waiver, and as davewill stated they'd all have to be completed within the same term with the flat rate tuition to lower the cost of the residency waiver and the two 3 credit required courses.  Also keep in mind that it is recommended by those here that you take the Capstone course without any other courses; it is demanding enough on its own.

Your last remark is important to me. Six (cap, corner, 4 additional) courses seemed doable to me, but if one already is very demanding on it's own I should reconsider.
