What are the required subjects to get a masters degree?

That depends on the degree. Most I've seen require some research courses as the basics of the degree, but beyond that it's entirely based around what the degree is intended for. An MA in History is going to require different things than an MS in Information Security.
What are you looking for degree-wise?

To clarify, do you mean two separate degrees, or do you mean an aeronautical engineering degree?

it's possible that you're mixing up forums. The exams we discuss here won't apply to a graduate degree.

Two separate degrees

This question is very broad. i would suggest finding a program that you find interesting first, and then looking at the requirements it has. If you're not sure, I'd find a few programs that would work and see what requirements they have in common.
You will have to do some independent research on your own to find out what works for you. I would suggest starting with GetEducated.com | Review, Rate, Rank & Compare Online Colleges & Degrees | GetEducated if you are looking at distance learning (which may be more complicated with an engineering focus). We really haven't been given enough information to answer your question in a way that is not harmful. I would be happy to suggest random degrees, but it would be a waste of everyone's time, because only you know what you want.
Currently studying for: Still deciding.
