Does anyone know if repeat credits count toward the residency requirement? For instance, if I have already taken intro to sociology through CLEP and then take the TECEP, will the TECEP credits count toward residency requirements?

Yes, they should just bump your CLEP course down to Other courses as a duplicate. They will always use the TECEP's to fulfill requirements first. They have bumped my previous courses down a couple of times.
