I've been trying to access Remote Proctor all day to take my study.com Sociology exam and it keeps giving me an error message saying the server is down. Anyone else ever run into this problem? study.com shows I've used the exam. I'm wondering if my code will still work when I try again. I had just entered it and logged in when I got the error message and was logged out by RP. I've been checking back all afternoon but its still saying it is down. I've missed my window of undistracted, free time for today (unless I try again late tonight). I'm hoping I don't run into an issue when I try again.

There's a big part of the internet down today. Some issue at Amazon cloud hosting, or something. Saw a news alert.

There are outages throughout the internet right now, affecting hundreds of sites. My husband is a network engineer and had to cancel a meeting because of it, and I can't get into my Amazon seller account and process orders. It's likely all related.

Yes, our remote proctoring service is also experiencing issues due to the AWS outages. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we can reset any exam attempts that were lost due to these issues! Please submit a support ticket with your details, and we will help you out!
