Also from looking at the UExcel PDFs in the past, I felt like it is hard to get an A on most of them. So they can bring your GPA down since they are transcripted. They had some stats on what percentage of test takers received an A, B, and C for the test(s) I looked at.

Ah, yes - I forgot they were graded (TECEP's aren't, they are recorded as CR or else not). Very difficult to get an A on these, especially if you don't purchase the practice exams.
