Is this the plan for the test-out credit?
Per Credit Tuition Plan Are they only have 2 plans? Comprehensive Tuition Plan and Per Credit Tuition Plan

TESU seems changed a lot recently.
Do they still need the 8 test-out course from them?

No. Using TECEP's to get residency has gone away. You now only need to do the Capstone (course, or TECEP if you're a BSBA major) and Cornerstone if you aren't already enrolled, and then pay $2,000 for the residency fee (at graduation).

If you're anything else, you'll have to take the Capstone as an online course.
