Question about Sophia Learning course (Project Management) & Torah College

Does anyone know if the Project Management course offered by Sophia.org is considered upper level at Charter Oak?

Also, are there any courses that Torah college credits offers that are considered upper level by Charter Oak?

I realize that Project Management is considered upper level by Thomas Edison, but Charter Oak's policies for upper levels differs.

Any information and/or advice is very appreciated. Thank you!

The Sophia Project Management course is upper level at COSC.
