I believe  3 courses must be from RA institution and not ACE courses. Ur best bet is ONU courses

It also says "3 years or more working in a setting where you have acquired professional skills relevant to your program of study."

Maybe they waive this requirement or else a burger flipper might have a hard time getting an IT degree without an IT job first. 

You could get creative.  I'm the IT specialist at MCD's responsible for entering in customer orders on a POS. lol
