Hi to all. I read this 2017 thread about getting good discounts when buying courses with promo codes ( https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...erline-How ). Is this still a thing nowadays? The only promo code that I found was the $59 discount when buying your first course if you sign up with a referral link.
Thanks!

Update: Instead of using StraighterLine, you should invest in a second monitor for multi-tasking and work with Sophia.org instead. For the cost, ease, speed, Sophia.org for lower level classes and Study.com for upper level credits, that's the current combo I've been recommending. Of course, depending on the institution you decide to transfer to, make sure they accept the credits before taking them. You may want to fill in the addendum and template here for a possible degree plan, say an associates or bachelors, or whatever you're looking for: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...Area-works

Thank you for replying bjcheung77!
I plan to use Straighter Line since I have some friends at Embry Riddle who successfully transferred some credits using that website. I plan to take 6 courses. Based on your experience, can I complete the 6 courses in only one month? I want to pay only one month of membership!
Thanks again!

Depends on what the classes are... If you're taking computer classes for programming, or the labs, then it may take a little longer than that... For business and general education classes, you should be able to.

Like Western Civ 1 and 2

Hi to all. I need to complete five general education courses ASAP. Which platform is the best to complete these courses faster?
Thank you!

Sophia would be both faster and cheaper. What classes are you looking to finish and for what school?
Completed: HAU MBA | BA Economics (US) | Finland Open Studies @ XAMK/Metropolia/Helsinki/Laurea
Certs Completed: Scrum CSPO/CSM | Google PM/Data Analytics/Marketing

ERAU Worldwide. These classes are from SL, I haven't looked at their equivalents at Sophia. Western Civilization I, Intro to Religion, Intro to Communication, Financial Accounting and Principles of management.
