Liberty University and Cleary University. If you're a federal government employee, OPM has a list of schools that give discounts.

You didn't say whether you're a firefighter, EMT/paramedic, law enforcement officer, or corrections officer. There are some tuition discounts that are only for police officers, parole officer, probation officers, and corrections officers. There also might be some schools in your state that give discounts to in-state public safety employees.

Not sure if I'm understanding your preferred field correctly, but Walden University's new Tempo Learning (competency-based) MS in Criminal Justice: Public Management and Leadership track has a 50% off tuition option now. It says until June 3, but it also also until May 5 until that came and went... it's the same process to attract the guinea pig cohort that I went through for my MS there.
