I really don't like to start new forum threads, it is just that I need of some guidance.
I am scheduled to complete the aforementioned exam on November 3rd. However, I can't seem to focus in on the material.
Reading the recommended text is obviously the best option. But who deep should I be reading into it?
600+ pages of material for a 100 question test leaves a lot of room for me to focus on the wrong area.
Can any of you with TECEP experience (particularly PSY-270) give me a nudge in the right direction?

Yes, Check your PM.

Focus on anything with a list/definition. The exam did not get too in-depth with any of the material, other than a few statistics here and there (by this I mean the percentage, not the meaning behind it). Not to say take it cold, but I spent less than one hour a day in a week leading up to this, and I knocked it out within one week of the "semester" starting. Do NOT get sucked into any long paragraphs in the textbook, if you can help it.
I wish you luck, although bricabrac's got your back too!

There are several other threads on this exam here is one

I just skimmed the book, read chapter summaries, and made sure I knew the major terms.

Now you know why I hate making threads. I even searched before I made this one and still missed the thread on the exact top.
Thanks for the advice.

Thanks a ton for you help. I just finished the test about an hour ago and passed with a 67. I would have liked to have scored higher, but I lost focus this weekend and spent most of it partying and watching football.
Guess I got lucky this time.
