Has anyone else had a problem trying to schedule more than one test at a time? When I try to schedule a second test it just changes the time of my first. I emailed help@proctoru.com already, but I just wanted to see if anyone had run into this before. I had the issue earlier this month and I just waited until one exam was over before scheduling the next one 3 days out. It was annoying at the time, but now I might have pay the $5 for each test to avoid renewing my SL subscription.

I have scheduled multiple exams at one time before but I did have a little trouble figuring out how to do it. I think when you log in there should be an option somewhere at the top of the page to schedule new exam or new session. It sounds like when you are trying to schedule a new exam you are accidentally changing your currently scheduled exam. I almost did the same thing.

I thought that was my mistake the first couple times too. I have tried the Schedule Now button, the New Exam tab, different browsers, different PCs, nothing...I do have a whole lot of new emails thanking me for my reservation though. They got back to me and said they haven't heard of this bug yet and they will look into it. In the meantime they said to email or call to set up multiple tests. The number is 855-772-8678 if anyone needs it.

Happened to me last week. Had one examine scheduled (World Religions) and went schedule Intro to Psych, however instead of scheduling psych it rescheduled the first. I tried several times to make sure it wasn't human error but it kept happening. Called and had them schedule it for me.

I had this issue with my last three exams, but not my 1st four exams. It's probably a glitch in their system. I finally ended up taking screen shots & emailing the shots to ProctorU to make them aware of the issue. I also emailed to get the exams scheduled properly.

It's very frustrating to me when CS/IT reps say something like this. I emailed them detailed descriptions of the issues I was having with my SL final exam scheduling on October 14th, 17th, 19th, and 21st. banghead
