Hi everyone,
Quick question:
Do the courses in the TESC BSBA electives for a SECOND Bachelors need to be all new, or only the specialization?
I need to know because I just realized I can use a couple (Organizational Behavior and Money & Banking) that overlap to finish my BALS before moving on to the BSBA but that only works if I can stick them somewhere besides the specialization, which would be great. I understand that I need 24 new, and all the specialization needs to be new, but I wasn't sure about the electives.
Thanks a ton, and can't wait to be done with the BA!

Kyle,
What 6 courses do you plan to use under the BSBA specialization/electives? Those are usually two that testers use.
If you are referring to the business electives (not specialization electives) yes you can reuse money & banking and org behavior although I'm not sure why you would choose that route. Business electives are usually the easy exams 100-200 level.
Why don't you call and confirm with the registrar, we are in a new year/catalog and some things may have changed but the catalog still reads 24 NEW credits area of study/core with no specified language to clarify how many credits in area of study and core. It's worth the phone call.

I don't know which six courses I'm going to have in the specialization, but it'll probably be some basic DSST/TECEP combination, though I think I might take a couple classes in subjects I'm interested in, so there should be extra room there, even.
I want to use those two for the BA because it'll save me two tests later down the road, and the more business courses I get now, the better it'll look on some of the jobs/internships I'm applying for.
I am referring to the nine business electives that have to be in business but not in the specialization.
