I know I need ENC 101 and ENC 102 for my TESC business degree. Currently Study.com only offers English 104 that transfers to TESU as ENC101. They currently don't show any course that will transfer over as ENC102.
So my question is: Will Study.com's English 101 that transfers as - LIT208 or Study.com's English 305 that transfers as - ENG201 - possibly cover the EN102 requirement since they are 200 level? I know they probably won't I just thought I'd ask.
Thank you

They wont cover it, I did hear that a Advanced Technical Writing course was accepted in place of ENC 102. Study.com has been working on an English Comp II course from what they have said in the past.

Study.com's 305 is called Advanced Technical writing but I guess that's not the same one that you heard got accepted? I guess I'll wait a little longer and see if they come up with that before I have to take my ENC 102.

Also does anyone know what Study.com courses cover the civic and global learning requirements? Would the Education courses under the Social Sciences courses of study.com count?
So far I have the Sociology CLEP and the Ethics course form the institutes for my civic and global learning requirements.
I was going to take American Government on Study.com as my last one but I would rather take a Education course from Study.com if that will work. Thanks again.

Nope. TESU is very particular, and only English Comp II will work. Straighterline has it, as well as a new DSST exam called Advanced College Comp. The College Comp with Essay CLEP will work for English Comp I & II requirements. And of course, they have both as TECEP exams.
Tech Writing will NOT work here (I think it will at COSC, but not at TESU).

Would the Education courses under the Social Sciences courses of study.com count? No - these are considered Free Electives as far as I can tell.

Sorry, TESU is very particular about what they will accept in the required courses areas.

TESU will not accept Technical Writing for English Composition II, but COSC will.
