Principles of Supervision TESC

I was looking over the BSBA General Management page on TESC's website. Down at the bottom they make a note of saying that Principles of Supervision and Personal Finance cannot be included in the major area of study.

Does this mean that they will not be accepted as business electives, or just that they wont fit into specific categories like Finance or Management?
