I am scheduled to take the Principles of Supervision tomorrow afternoon, and I wanted some feedback from those of you who have taken the test. How difficult was it? My plan is to study this evening (I am signing up for Instacert tonight) as well as tomorrow. Any feedback would be great, thanks!

Since you are signing up for IC tonight, I would stress to read the entire thread regarding this exam, in the specific exam feedback section. People offer study tips and share their study guides it is very helpful.

As someone who was knocking out his CCAF at the time, I left this test for last, as it was only accepted in the "leadership/military studies" requirement, and unlike Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, or HRM, didn't overlap with the technical electives requirement for my career field; I thought it was going to be easy, and well, here's the thing...
The scenario-based questions I found to be very challenging; all of the the answers to them sounded correct, and I had absolutely no idea which ones were which and I had to go with my gut. The rest of the questions indeed overlapped with PoM and OB (haven't taken HRM yet), but are still worded differently enough in accordance to what the subject is.
Despite how challenging it was for me though, as someone who only exclusively studied one textbook for PoM (and only PoM), I took this exam with no prep and still managed a 451. It's something I never plan to do again however, and something I don't recommend you do.

Bmad86, As Ironheadjack mentioned read the exam specific feedback, which once you sign up it will be available on this forum. If you are doing the exam tomorrow my advice is to read the most recent posts, first these usually point to the particular posts which were most relevant to the test. I took a B&M course for this one so I can't give you any input other than that above. Good luck and let us know how you got on.
Don't forget that gaining college credit by taking exams is one of the reason's we're here. That's mainly possible through the flashcards made available by the owner of this forum :
