A Bit Lost... Guidance Needed!!!

Several weeks ago, I paid for an evaluation from COSC. I requested an evaluation for a Bachelor of Arts degree. When I submitted my transcripts, I ASSUMED I had more credits toward a degree.

Based on the Transfer Credit and Degree Plan Summary, I was only given credit for 40 credits toward a BA degree.

A note was added, "You can basically ignore the '80' credits remaining if you decide to change your degree from a Bachelor's of Arts to a Bachelor's of Science; thereby reducing the number of liberal arts based credit required from 90 to 60 (you currently have 32)."

COSC also failed to give me credit for 19 FAA flight certificate credits because they never received the information from the FAA.

I would appreciate some guidance from those more knowledgeable and experienced. I am trying to get a head start on EXAMS before I actually enroll in a school. I don't know, though, what tests might fulfill what requirements. I also am not sure of a "Concentration" or "Major" as of yet. I want the fastest path possible. I was going to try to pursue a degree in Individualized Studies at COSC. I still have not made up my mind on any of the big three but I am leaning toward COSC.

I took a few Criminal Justice courses at my community college that were not included in the evaluation because I was not able to submit the transcripts.
