Your best bet is to look at the https://clep.collegeboard.org/exam/precalculus and create yourself a study plan for the topics you don't know. Much of what you need will be on KA.

As dfrecore suggested, ALEKS is a powerful tool to find out where you currently stand on the topic. I was going to CLEP precalc and started with KA (I had used it for CLEP Algebra). I finished about 75 or 80% of the KA precalc track and decided to use ALEKS to study the rest (mostly because of the high praise ALEKS gets on here, I wanted to try it). I got a 68 or 69 on the initial assessment, so I quickly did a few lessons, took my next assessment and passed that afternoon. Since TESU accepts ALEKS, I forgot all about the CLEP and transferred in ALEKS.

I'm not an IC member anymore, so I don't remember if the specific feedback for that exam is well fleshed-out, but I seem to remember it being helpful. Also, remember to familiarize yourself with the CLEP graphing calc.

Yeah, my problem for the past week has been figuring out WHAT resources to actually follow...there are so many out there that coming up with a study plan for something that consists of some topics I don't have previous knowledge on is kind of daunting...kind of stuck...I start on one course such as Khan and then find it's not covering the right stuff or not all the stuff for that concept, etc. Any idea how to sort through this stuff more efficiently? :/

It's as good a place to start as any. As I mentioned before, I'm not sure what all is in the specific feedback forum for Precalc, but IC does have flash cards. I found IC very helpful for the two math CLEPs I've taken. At $20 for the month it's worth it, especially if you plan to take other tests that they have cards for.
