PowerSchool to acquire Kickboard (K-12)

I'm always interested in K-12 technology as I have kids and want the best for them, this is the first time I've noticed providers that have a "Social-Emotional Learning, and Mental Health" focus.  I never even thought of that for children/youth of today requiring extra guidance in those specific areas.  It's great there are these providers and tools, especially for kids that need them...
