lol... no, that was probably my fault. You did say it was your first year before you mentioned rounds.

I went to nationals with my expos in 2006, and competed in out rounds, but no further (still, going to nats was incredible). Now I live in region 7 (MS, TN, AL, LA), where my younger brother debated.

phew! NCFCA is great. Has anyone here also been involved in CFC (Communicators for Christ)?

Wow, Anna Kate, I have so much to say I don't know where to start! I was at Nationals in 2006 as well, competing in impromptu and policy debate. I didn't break either, though I loved every minute of it. But I wonder if we saw each other.

About CFC.. I went to their Masters conference in LA in 2006. I haven't been to any of their other events, but the Masters conference was amazing! I learned a lot and that really took me outside my comfort zone.

And finally... I noticed in your signature that you're in CollegePlus! So am I! Are you just getting started or are you just new to this site? It's been so helpful. The flashcards are great and the advice from everyone else is better.

It was the Region V Regional Tournament in Kansas City. It was my last (NCFCA) Speech Competition ever.

I had a friend at that tournament... do you know Brianna Landon? I probably would have known some of the other people as well as I live in Wichita and competed in Region V! I wonder if I know you?
