Has anyone had any experience with Thomas Edison turning your Police Academy Cert. into college credits? I graduated from the NJ Atantic County Police Academy in 1994. Edison's website explains that any Police Academy Cert. after the year 2000 is worth 24 credits but they are not sure what mine will be worth from 1994. Im trying to get as many credits as possible with their credit banking program. I spoke to them on the phone a few times but they are not sure and just keep telling me to send it in.

Try [SIZE="5"]EC[/SIZE] .....they will give you [SIZE="5"]FULL[/SIZE] credit or at least finding was in doing so.

Some school will not give you upper level units, only lower level units and possibly up to 42 units, but the academy might be already Accredited, through another college, so check into that also.
