No. I was in the same situation - English is not my native language - but they don't waive language requirement for foreigners. You must either take Spanish/French at UMPI, or transfer language class from elsewhere.
I took ACTFL reading exam and I highly recommend it: easy, straightforward, cheap, results are immediately available. I took exam in my native language and it worked fine for UMPI.

3k is the money. Each session is $1400. Two sessions (4 months) would be $2800. Three sessions (6 months) would be $4200. Plus a little extra for the ACTFL & Sophia.

Well $2800 isn't $3k that's why I was asking what the 3K mark was. I'm fully aware how much UMPI tuition is.m

$2800 is $3k; rounding. Especially when you count the extra cost of courses and exams.

I was looking for confirmation about what the OP was talking about. But thanks for the math lesson.

I thought it was pretty obvious where the OP got the $3k number from.
As far as study time to make it in 2 terms, you need to put in around 20 hours per week.
Not every class is available every term with UMPI.
A lot comes down to how fast of a writer you are as well.

Hey guys sorry I went to sleep lol
Hold up, writing?? I didn't take this into consideration right off the bat but I don't have time for completing a bunch of bs writing assignments/essays. I'm looking for a degree that I could get out of mostly by exams or Saylor/Sophia/Study.com as all those are exam based and much faster for me.

It's not bs writing. There is no degree that you can test out of without any written assignments. Sophia and Study.com have written assignments as well. You'll also have to complete RA courses for COSC and TESU. You also will need cornerstone and capstone courses outside of UMPI and those are writing. UMPI is a CBE program so you move at your own pace. If you put the time in, you can complete quite a few classes in a term.

A lot of courses from Sophia and SDC also require to do written assignments. All the schools we discuss on this forum require to turn in assignments too.
The era of 100% test-out degrees is in the past.

I'm not doing anything from Sophia. Saylor.org and Study.com are pretty easy/fast for me I checked both out basically all I have to do is pass the final since the assignments are a joke. Uexcel/TECEP might cover some stuff I need as well.
Basically I meant that I'm unwilling to do a ton of assignments and essays that are similar to what a portfolio assessment would be like, which is what I'm assuming UMPI might be like so I'd like to know for sure because if that's the case then its out of the question. The cornerstone and capstone might be assignment based but it's only two courses I'll deal with it.
What does "RA courses" stand for? I'm not familiar with that term sorry.
