Please help me decide what to do next

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to extend my gratitude to everyone on this forum. Thanks to your valuable insights, I've been able to find the best value for my money when it comes to taking college courses.
Currently, I am active duty military and planning to transition back to civilian life in the coming months. I don't have a concrete plan for my next career yet. Right now, I work in the intelligence field and have a Top Secret clearance. I'm hoping you can help me determine the best career options and the easiest paths to transition.

I've already sent my community college transcript to Pierpont Community & Technical College and am waiting for an evaluation.

 My main concern is finding a degree that I can obtain without having to take any upper-level classes. Additionally, I'm seeking advice on which university I should transfer to after Pierpont to follow the simplest route possible. I was also confused on the area of emphasis what would be the best one to go with and with that said any one with experience have any idea which ones I qualify for.

Area of emphasis depends on what do you want for a bachelors degree. You have enough for an IT or Business concentration, but you can't get both. You also have enough credits for a Science AOE. You will have to wait for your evaluation, the sophia credits will appear on your account very quickly, while the college courses might take a few weeks but hopefully still enough time to graduate in August.

Is there a specific bachelors you want? Maybe get a computer science degree and specialise in cybersecurity?

Oh, if you are still active duty, you might want to look at TESU. You can get your residency requirement by taking online tecep exams. Just need the capstone cornerstone and the sociology course. Umpi is a popular choice here too.

@Airboy1707, Welcome to the board, that's a great first post to get started, however, you want to fill us in with the info on the addendum and template, as that would provide a better overview of your scenario. Depending on your answers, I am pretty much going to provide a 50/50 for you to decide from, either TESU BACS/CIS combo or the UMPI BABA PM & IS. Basically, you want to have a balanced mix/match trifecta of certs, degree, experience. If you're looking for a Masters, UMPI BABA to UMPI MAOL will work, as it would lessen the MAOL from 12 to 9 classes...
