Budget: I will be using Financial Aid but would prefer a low cost program.
Commitments: I currently work full time and can work on my studies part time in the evenings/weekends.
Dedicated time to study: I can study as much as is needed during the night or weekends as long as my schedule is free. I estimate at least 3 hours every week night and on the weekends, maybe 16 hours, total would be roughly 15+16=31 hours or slightly more.
Timeline: Finishing the courses required for the degree as fast as possible would be ideal.  I would like to finish within 6 mos. or less if possible or by the end of 2024. 
Tuition assistance/reimbursement: N/A

Ultimately, I am trying to obtain a bachelors degree as soon as possible so that I may explore obtaining a masters in Cybersecurity or a Law Degree. 

I recently applied to WGU and they only wanted to give me credit for 29hours I declined to move forward as I am not willing to lose 60+ credit hours. Thomas Edison and/or SNHU seems most ideal., Can someone help me figure out if it would be feasible to obtain a Bachelors in Business within 6months at Thomas Edison or SNHU or another program within 6months? Im willing to take additional courses via other avenues prior to enrolling if it would help me test out and save money. I am a fast learner and amazing test taker!

My understanding is that SNHU would be much more than six months, and TESU is probably a little more than six months minimum, assuming your timing is right.

In theory, WGU could be the fastest to complete overall - you could start as early as April 1st, it's completely self-paced, and conferral is completed within about a week after you finish your final course (most schools take a month or more). But you would probably need to push your start date back to May 1st because you can't transfer anything to WGU after you enroll.

UMPI may be your best choice, assuming you can get accepted for Summer I session starting May 6th, max your transfers (again Sophia and Study.com), and complete 10 courses in one 8-week session:

@SeanC86, Welcome to the board, that's a good intro post with the addendum and template info. Pretty much a repeat of what was mentioned, I would research the following three institutions and the competency based degree options you're interested in. TAMUC has the BAAS with different concentrations and BGS, South Texas College has several CBE options for Bachelors, then UMPI for their BA majors, BABA concentrations, BLS (or even their BAS) with minors. UMPI is good but a real headache to get the ball rolling in terms of both getting started as an official student and having your degree conferred once you're done. You're looking for speed so my opinion is that you should go with WGU.

How is having your degree conferred a real headache? You fill out the graduation application by the required date and your degree is conferred after the term ends. Same with how it works at most colleges.

Great stuff, it's best to also review what was mentioned in the entire thread, as well as my post #4. You usually would want to try and get a degree from a local public state institution before going for a degree offered from another state public institution. Especially since you can get it done for cheaper, it may be easier/faster as well if you max your transfer credits. As I mentioned, TAMUC, South Texas, then UMPI - in that order of preference due to recognition in the state. WGU should be an option, as it's endorsed by Texas, but I'd recommend it for the Masters level instead...

Thank you for prompting me to be more accurate. To be specific, once OP is done at WGU, they would have digital diploma in a day or two. Physical diploma would be at your door is a week, sometimes less. This is what I meant by hassle. I believe OP is trying to get things done quickly. With UMPI, you'll be waiting until the term is over.
