Please don't judge me!

So it is what it is. I've gone on a handful of interviews this week and while most went well, the fact that I do not have my Bachelors is definitely hurting me. Employers don't even care WHAT your Bachelors is in (not for the positions I'm interested in anyway) they just want to see it ON your resume and know that you DO indeed have one.

The agency I work in staffs BIG financial positions and I have seen PLENTY of employees making $25-60/hr. You look at their degree and it's something like Psychology, Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, Music, Theater, Sociology, Anthropology, etc. You look at THEM and you see they are bright, responsible and have it together. Bottom line, I just need ANY Bachelors and I need it ASAP.

I came to find out that TESC doesn't actually allow you to major in Natural Sciences and Mathematics. No biggie, but there ARE other things I'm interested in and I would like to explore my options. I swear on my LIFE I will not "bug" you guys again about this and I am done switching things up, but I TRULY had no idea that my "major" actually was not a major and if that's the case, I rather pick almost ANY Bachelors that I can test out of. Please don't judge me. I'm being totally honest and, based on what I already have (see signature), I just want suggestions on what you guys think the least difficult/quickest/most affordable Bachelors degree would be for me.

You were all VERY right about employers NOT caring about TESC, COSC, etc. being on your resume. They even ask you if it's online and assume it as well! They are TOTALLY cool with it. I haven't ran into ANY snobby comments about it at all. It seems to be the norm and I am no longer worried about that and I am going to not fret the diploma. If I was to go with Nat Sci/Math it's a Bachelor of Arts, for that, I'll just go with any Bachelors of Arts. I find MANY of the B.A. "majors" interesting" and I'm sure you all know which one of them allows for the most testing out of/SL/ALEKS, etc.

With that being said. Have an AWESOME Mother's Day and allow me to share a little secret with you guys for your patience. If you EVER need to order flowers/gifts, click this link and receive a standard 25% off: Flowers, Plants and Gifts from ProFlowers. . It's been in effect for over 3 years and I've been using it while everyone else pays full price. I hope that makes up for me being such a pain. Trust me, it's not intentional and I appreciate all of you, but I'm at the point where I will completely admit that I am 100% past being particular. I want the quickest/most affordable suggestions for earning my Bachelors. I might even have a blast while I'm at it!

Haha, well they DO have those degrees, but I have to say they have also been in the workforce, for the mostpart, for 15+ years and have some pretty nice experience on their resume working in financial services, etc. Smile:roflol:

OUCH @ 1-year enrollment fee. I guess that's how they make their money huh?!

Thanks so much for that nice little breakdown.
Would you say it's just as easy to test out of a B.A. in Humanities, Labor Studies, etc?

I'm about to look at the Financial Aid link...crossing my fingers. Thanks as always Geezer. Have a happy mother's day!

Liberal Studies is the easiest option CS7. Not Labor Studies or Humanities. Geezer just did a nice break down of all of the tests you need to take.
