most schools will need a 3.0 GPA and above to be considered iirc
the only one that's really lenient about this is Harvard Extension School
They offer a range of masters programs, you'll need to do 2 courses, get B and above to gain admission into the program proper.
The only 'back draw' is, you'll need to do some classes on campus - (number varies depending on major selected)

Else, you might want to consider finding a distance learning MBA program from Europe - or the UK ?
Alot will look at your work experience if your bachelor's degree grades are not that great.
