Do you think Coursera's Intro to Systems Engineering course looks similar enough to a Systems Analysis and Design course for PLA completion?

I believe the two disciples have some similarities but it would be a stretch to claim equivalency. There is a pretty big emphasis on the SDLC in System Analysis and Design.

I took the TESC class. Coursra looks close but it seems to be missing the database component which was a big part of the process. Otherwise it looks close. They are taking about the same things(steps) but they are not calling it out as SDLC. It might pass, hard to say.

I have taken this course through Adams, and the syllabus was more extensive to what is being
offered in the coursera course.

Week one of the Coursera course does mention the "system life cycle," but it doesn't seem to be the focus of the rest of the course.
