Pierpont - Blank Letter?

As mentioned in other threads, I have been helping my daughter with her college planning. She submitted her transcripts from our local CC to Pierpont in July. I have asked her several times since then if she has heard anything, always getting a no response. Tonight when she was here, We tried to log in to check on everything and for the process, and it has this nice text that says your decision is ready with a link that states "view your decision". The problem is that when you click that link, it displays a sheet of paper with her name and address, along with the Dear Student intro, but the rest of the letter is blank.

Anyone have any ideas? I told her she will need to reach out to the school for more info, but I know that they are typically not up to speed on the BOG parts.

July should be plenty long enough to have received the letter in the actual mail. I would have her call the admissions office at Pierpont and tell them that the acceptance letter never arrived. Ask if they can resend another one or what she needs to do. They may be able to get her signed in immediately, not waiting for the letter, over the phone.

Acceptance/admittance/account access should be the same for BOG and non-BOG students. It's once one is signed in that things start to differentiate.

In the important threads information above there is a Nancy Parks thread. She is the Director of the program and usually the best person to contact regarding anything in the program.
If you didn't receive the acceptance letter she can tell you if she has the information. If you received the information but not the ROAR, she's the one that corrects the ROAR information bases on the transcripts.

I know she evaluated my transcripts for graduation even before I had an orientation scheduled with her.

I was going to suggest doing that, but try logging in with a different browser.  You can also call into the school to find out.
