I agree that getting an Associates in Bio is preffereable to the general or even just 60 credits. But I wouldn’t mind the general.
Unfortunately, that's not a clear answer at all. The courses are shown on the TESU transcript as being CLEP or ACE, with their TESU equivalency. They are not shown as if you had taken them from TESU. If I had to judge based only on that answer, I'd say you need to get them from an RA school.

This is her answer in full.
Agent (Kylie): "It has to appear as actual chemistry and biology courses on your transcript"
08/13/2018 10:15:30AM Agent (Kylie): "So you may want to contact your school and inquire how that looks on your transcript"
08/13/2018 10:16:17AM Tristan: "I see. So you’ll want to see the credits attached to their course number. Basically."
08/13/2018 10:16:29AM Agent (Kylie): "For example will the CLEP credit be listed as Chemistry 201 with lab for 3.00 hours for example"
08/13/2018 10:16:49AM Agent (Kylie): "Yes - that is what BOC is looking for"
08/13/2018 10:17:31AM Tristan: "As opposed to “CLEP BIO 3 credits”?"
08/13/2018 10:18:07AM Agent (Kylie): "one moment"
08/13/2018 10:18:11AM Tristan: "Or chem"
08/13/2018 10:18:37AM Tristan: "Ok"
08/13/2018 10:19:17AM Agent (Kylie): "I just spoke with an evaluator and he stated it has to say a biology or chemistry course 100 level or higher"
08/13/2018 10:19:54AM Agent (Kylie): "He was unfamiliar with "CLEP BIO for 3 credits"
08/13/2018 10:20:26AM Tristan: "Right. Ok so like you said but BIO 101 or 102 something like that must be listed."
08/13/2018 10:21:09AM Agent (Kylie): "Yes"

Here’s a quote from another post on here. It’s a photo of a transcript from TESU. I think this mean that it will say how I got it, but the course name will still be what TESU gives.

Here's a photo of my transcript that may help:

That sounds a little more hopeful. The transcript certainly does show BIO or CHEM, a course number and a number of credits. If they are happy with that, then I think you're OK.

You should start a new thread asking for someone who has taken the Bio CLEP how it appears on their TESU transcript - this particular thread topic is likely not going to get the answer you need.
I will add that if you do opt for the TESU ASNSM Biology it will require Bio I & II with lab, so the CLEP will not work (as there is no lab credit for the CLEP). Now you could CC just the Bio I and II w/lab and then CLEP the Chemistry, test out option the rest. I'm a course short myself in the ASNSM Biology which is why I am so familiar with it, its on my eval (I work in Tech Project Mngt, so not a career builder degree for me - that is the only reason I'm not adding it to my 2018 graduation - I need my bachelor to be done to work in my MBA-IT)

I’ve been looking at the link sent for the Bio ASNSM at TESU. I think there are a few ways to get bio done with labs, but it may just be easier through CC like you said.
Do you have a good list for which courses, whether through CLEP, SL or other places, that will help fulfill all the other required equivalent courses for TESU? Maybe what you’ve finished towards that ASNSM?

You can get Bio 1 lab through a couple ACE sources such as Study.com and a few others. Bio 2 lab, however has no alternative credit/test source. People who have pursued that, used either NMJC or their local CC.

You can also do your labs through TESU. They are 1cr courses, so if you have the Study.com affiliation, they are $366. I don't think there's an extra fee for the lab kit like SL would have. Not sure how this compares to NMJC, but I do know that it's faster (12 weeks instead of 16).
For some reason, Rio Salado has Chem I & II Labs as stand-alone 1cr courses separate from the 3cr lecture , but that's not the case for Physics I & II which only have the option of taking them as 4cr courses. And they don't even have Bio I & II - how can you have Chem & Physics I & II, but not Bio I & II???
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT TO ADD: Just looked at NMJC, and they have Bio I w/Lab for the 1st half of the semester, and Bio II w/Lab as the 2nd half of the semester if you wanted to do them in an accelerated format (they also have full semester courses).

Ed4Credit currently has a $25 coupon code: Sunshine2018. These coupons can normally be used on the $65 biology and chemistry standalone labs. The lab kits are $98 each. This is a good option if online labs are okay.

Within the link you shared, it states:
"Verify Education, Experience or Training
Verify Education
If college credits are required for the Qualification, you must submit an official transcript from a regionally accredited college/university bearing the seal of the college/university, the signature of the Registrar and the date your degree was conferred, or an original or notarized copy of an acceptable transcript evaluation showing degree equivalency and subject breakdown. Please note that Continuing Education courses are not acceptable for fulfilling academic requirements."
And in combination with the chat box, you're going to be good with CLEP biology and CLEP chemistry on a TESU transcript - assuming you can pass them They are both 6 credit exams and considered very tough.
Your TESU will look like this:
TESU-CLEP
BIO111 General Biology 1
BIO112 General Biology 2
CHE111 General Chemistry 1
CHE112 General Chemistry 2
