I am taking CIS235 Structured Systems Analysis and CIS240 Systems Design at Penn Foster to fulfill my Systems Analysis and Design requirement at TESC. I actually received the books on a Wednesday and completed both classes that weekend. As soon as finished the last quiz on the 2nd course, both classes showed that a proctored exam was required to complete. I left a message the next day and was faxed a proctor request form that was filled out and sent back the same day. It's been a few weeks now since then and neither myself nor my proctor has heard anything. I have left a few messages at the Workforce number but have not received any call backs. Does anyone know the typical turnaround time for a proctor to be approved and the exam sent?

3-5 days. I'd email them to check.

It is always better to give them a call. They tend to lose faxes has happened to me several times so you have to be on top of them. The proctor approval in my case took 24 hours after sending the fax.

I finally did get through and they told me that the proctor exams aren't automatically sent and I needed to call them to "order" the exams. I'll leave this up for others that may have similar problems

That's interesting. As a regular student, in a degree program there, my proctored exams are in fact automatically sent as soon as I complete my online self exams.
