For me, I don't have it in planned as my evaluation isn't done yet. I will be submitting in my transcripts as soon as I finish my Penn Foster courses, I will be applying and signing up with them right away as I got the same reply from TESU.

When they pre-approved a class for you, it is added to your evaluation as planned transfer. I have that for few on mine. That includes PF Strategic Management and others.
TESU - BSBA General Management (Completed !!)
WGU MBA - Journey Started for 2016 -2017 .
C200 Managing Organizations and Leading People (Complete 11/7/16)
C202 Managing Human Capital
C211 Global Economics for Managers

I'm going to be applying to TESU today and trying to get the capstone done through Penn Foster before July... Quick question though, would I also have to pass a TECEP with them before July to be considered "enrolled" or would just applying be sufficient?

For me, I have applied and been accepted but am not enrolled. I am thinking that too, but because of the GPA requirements, I have removed my 8 TECEPS as originally planned, and replaced them with options. In addition to that, I am taking the cornerstone for enrollment and GPA purposes. I'll see how that pans out as they are working on that cornerstone.

The answer to this is no. However, I feel this email from the Assistant Dean holds more weight than the people in Academic Advising. If I finished tomorrow and sent it in and then Academic Advising told me it wouldn't work then I would probably sue them. They can't technically change requirements in my opinion until a new catalog comes out. They can't change something like this also in my opinion without an announcement like they did with their tuition. Their site also doesn't state that this class's can't be transferred in like it does with their other capstones. These are all just my opinions, but I might email the Assistant Dean again and ask her she can have it added to my plan.

Academic Advising does not decide whether or not you get credit for this course. Registrar evaluates and they ultimately decide whether or not you get credit for it. If the Assistant Dean says it should work until July 1, then it will. Once you finish the course, submit to ACE, and then send the ACE transcript to TESU and wait 25 business days for your evaluation to be completed.

And for anyone who has taken this course at PF what's the completion time like? I have heard a week or even less for a couple of their classes.

Exactly. Minimum of 3 weeks for Strategic Management and International Business and that doesn't include how long it takes for your final paper to be graded by your instructor.
