Is the Introductory Business Law CLEP easy to pass? I have gotten a score of 56 on two of the Peterson's tests and a 56 on REA's practice test. I guess I am just wondering if the actual CLEP is harder or easier the the practice tests I have taken. Can anyone help me?

I can't find my Business Law scores on Peterson's since they changed the website a few weeks ago. I'm sure it was in the 80-85% range though.
Personally, I'd never walk into one of these tests only scoring 56% on practice tests. Conventional wisdom seems to be that if you're in the 60%+ range on Peterson's, that's generally good enough to pass though. I thought the practice exam was pretty on par with the difficulty of the actual exam, although it covered some material not actually on the test.
I would make sure you know contracts/torts/liabilities and their required elements well along with defenses to those three claims.

I thought Business Law was the hardest of the easy CLEPs I took. I didn't have a Peterson for this one, but 56 sounds a bit close for comfort.

Sounds like you're gambling here.

Hi friends,
I know this thread is about 3 years old but still can anybody help me in getting a peterson's test for introductory business law.
I got the link but it says you have to be in the military if you need to be eligible for this service. Are you all in the military for writing this, coz I am not. Do I have an option of paying for getting this test?
