Greetings DegreeForum!
I was looking to pay for a few TECEPs I registered on TESU, but throughout the entirety of today it has thrown me an error each time I tried.
I attempted payment with both my Korean and Canadian Credit Cards (both with plenty of credit remaining), and just in case I checked to see if I could use those cards in a different website as well, which ended up being just fine.
I was wondering if anyone else experienced this issue?
Cheers!

I had the same problem. I fixed it by selecting "pay by term" instead of the first option (I forget what that is), then select the term. Then it worked.

Hmm, a friend is having the same issues with his Canadian Credit card. Did you do this in OSS or MyEdison? Anyone know the difference?
Try a couple more times, if it's not working, call them and indicate to them you're having issues with the credit card details. I'll see if he was able to fix it.

Thanks for the replies!
I tried the Pay by Term instead of the first option (entire account balance). Unfortunately, no joy here. This was done in both OSS and MyEdison as well, and it appears the payment processor is exactly the same which would make it difficult to have any kind of different results.
I tried a dozen times at this point, and no luck. I intend on calling them up once they open on Monday.
Cheers!

I had issues months ago when I registered for my capstone. I called the bursar's office and they did it over the phone in a couple of minutes. Maybe try calling in the morning? TESU also did some kind of Moodle update the other day. I can't imagine it would affect that but maybe they were running other programs at the same time.

As an update:
I called in and paid with my card over the phone. A few hours later I received notification on my phone that the charge went through; the individual I talked to wasn't sure if it was a problem with my card or the online system, but based on the fact that I used two different cards, from different banks (and countries) that are known to be 'good' (more than sufficient credit and was used very recently), it seemed to be the system itself.
I was wondering though, if those from the US also had this issue?
