All the free credits on the Wiki are non proctored and open book. Shmoop courses is open book and have an option of being proctored but their courses already have ACE recommendation for credit without the proctoring, I would use them since it’s cheap. In addition to Shmoop, Sophia has a biometric system. I haven’t tried yet, but that should be a newer system that uses typing recognition instead of checking your ID. I think their paid courses are open book exams as well.
