Are you already licensed with a master's degree, or are you looking to use the doctorate to become licensed? If you're already licensed, then California Southern University will be an option since they will let you opt out of the internship. It's kind of hard to set up an internship across international lines. CalSouthern also has one of the cheaper programs.

Based on OP's previous posts this month, I believe they are still working on their bachelor's, probably still near the beginning of that process.

Then, he/she needs to focus on getting a master's first. Most online doctoral programs won't admit people who only have a bachelor's degree. I believe University of Western States will let students earn a master's on the way to a doctorate, but it's an Ed.D in Sport and Performance Psychology.

Thank you all. Yes, I'm in the middle of my Bachelor's degree, I anticipate I would finish it in 10 months and I wanna plan ahead.
1. I checked CalSouthern, and I can see the following statement:
"All coursework is taken online with practicum done at approved local sites". Does that mean I need to travel to the US for that?
2. It's not clear, on their website, whether they accept Bachelors to enroll in PsyD or not. Does anyone know about it?
3. It says the maximum transfer is 30 credits. Are they referring to transfer from another doctoral program?
4. It says 4 years full time. Can I finish it in less if I study more? Is it self-paced?
Appreciate your help.

Yes, a masters is required. Yes, it says you can transfer in 30 cr of doctoral level credits, so it would be from another doctoral program. No, it is not self-paced.
