Hi everyone, I'm a long time lurker on here and finally have a question for everyone. I'm a active duty ET in the Coast Guard and recently applied to Excelsior to start a second degree the B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology thinking that I could quickly finish the degree using my CG credits for all of my training. I submitted my JST transcripts along with all my others but my official evaluation came back without any of the EET classes being fulfilled!
This was really shocking seeing how the JST transcript listed several of my credits as being the equivalent to Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges (SOC) codes.
I've already messaged the adviser asking them about this but I'm just wondering if anyone else on this forum has ran into this issue of a SOC school not accepting SOC codes on their transcript and if they eventually accepted it.
