So I am down to my last four courses needed at TESC. I am registered for two starting January 2013. I have a dispute with a former school and have 12 hours but don't own them the money they want so I am not transferring those credits. I wonder besides biology and american literature (which I already testing out of), what six hour clep test would the forum recommend that would fit into my BALS degree at TESC? I am basically through with my courses for this term and would like to study for and take this test in December. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Already took it, wondering if anyone knows if English Lit would transfer into my BALS program and how hard they thought it was?

Do you need general education, area of study, or free electives credits? There is a 6-credit limit for 100-level courses in the area of study. If you need general education credits, where do you need them? Humanities, social science, natural science/mathematics, or general education electives? Each section requires at least two different subjects (basically course prefixes).
You can see how tests are transcribed here

The test that will be easiest for you depends on your background and the subjects you normally find easiest/most interesting, but you can get an idea of difficulty levels here

Humanities, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and History, College Mathematics, English Literature--those are (in general) not too hard, based on your prior experience.

Ok I've decided on English Literature and since I'm not a paying member can't check out the specific forum. Any study suggestions anyone is willing to share?
Thanks,

I'm taking the English Lit CLEP next month and will be using the Barron EZ-101 Study Keys, plus the companion audio from audible.com. There are also quite a few Quizlets on English Lit. I have not used those before but plan to give them a try.
I hope this is helpful. Best wishes and good luck!
