Juggling is actually a great way to relax while studying. As you do more and more complicated patterns that involve crossing your hands over each other and such, it gets the two sides of the brain involved and if your brain is currently in a math mode but you're studying Analyzing and Interpreting Lit., it'll open up the highway between the two halves of the brains and allow you to concentrate with the right side of your brain more.
You see, the two sides of the brain concentrate on different subject matters (left-hard science type stuff) (right-soft scienc type stuff). When doing school, one side is usually dominant for about two hours and then the other side takes a turn. This makes it easier/more difficult to study certain types of subjects at different times.
So, when you do exercises that involve crossing your arms over each other in weird ways, it wakes up both sides of the brain.
I say all that to say this. I juggle (see my name) does anyone else juggle while studying?
