I have about 75 credits, mostly general credits that I've earned over the last 25 years. I would like to get a general BSBA from EC or TESC by the end of 2010. Should I go ahead and sign up for Instantcert now? I immediately see there are 5 courses that I don't have that I will need that Instantcert offers and EC and TESC demand. In a few months from now, when I do more research and figure out which school to enroll in, I can transfer those credits and the CLEP certifications that I will have from the previous few months. For right now though I just want to start knocking out courses.
Sound like a plan?
Please advise,
Joe

It is a good plan... Just note that with EC Business courses have a 20 year expiration and tech courses have a 10 year expiration for their business degrees.
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wile E. Coyote, genius. I am not selling anything nor am I working my way through college, so let's get down to basics: you are a rabbit and I am going to eat you for supper. Now don't try to get away, I am more muscular, more cunning, faster and larger than you are, and I am a genius, while you could hardly pass the entrance examinations to kindergarten, so I'll give you the customary two minutes to say your prayers.
Bachelor of Science in PsychoRabbitology degree
Master of Education with a specialty in Rabbit-specific destructive munitions (or eLearning & Technology, I forget which)
Doctor of Philosophy in Wile E. Leadership with an area of specialty in Acme Mind Expansion - 2017 Hopefully

As such you may wish to apply to EC (not enroll yet) and get the "official" word from them as to what you will need to complete your degree.
