I doubt those will work. TESU said no to other "World Lit" because they had some European and/or North American content.

Has anyone taken this class and had it approved by TESU?

I scanned the syllabus for the first one (World Literature I) and it lists content covering China, Japan, India, Middle East, and West Africa.

I contacted advising about this course and this was their reply: Thank you for your email. I sent this request to the Dean's office, and this course cannot be used to satisfy your Non-Western Literature requirement. They stated the course has too much emphasis on teaching and not literature.

So I guess that one is a no-go. Sad

I'm not surprised.  I'm more surprised that they take other courses that are considered EDU.
