Good find. You should probably start a separate thread in the general sub-forum. However, I only saw a handful of online majors.

They do seem to have an online teacher ed program with student teaching included. That is unusual.

Is it? I thought there were a lot of online programs that use the traditional student teaching model.

Hehe. Maybe not. It's been awhile since I student taught. I know WGU does this.

The traditional student teaching doesn't surprise me. No one should get a teaching degree without student teaching.

I'm sorry, could you please direct me to the general sub-forum? I'm new here and still learning this site.

It is the top (first) sub-forum on the main page of this site. It is called "General Education and Testing Discussion." You can also get to it using the link below.

There are colleges that offer alternative teacher certification programs. Instead of doing student teaching, you observe for a couple of days. After that, you teach on a temporary teaching license for a school year with a mentor. With student teaching, you pay a fee for the opportunity to student teach. With the alternative teacher certification program, you get paid a regular salary while you have a provisional license.

Looks like Coopersmith is also doing some "affiliate" thing to get us to refer other folks, so if you want to give my referral code (which i guess is just the number 38) then I'll let you know how that goes if anyone uses it.

Looks like a few new interesting options (and UL!) for Psych majors, some unique culinary/hospitality and education offerings, and what you would expect from most providers for business.

When I get some free time I'll update my Pysch plan on the wiki.

(note that I also found some old exams that have been renewed as of Aug 2018, and some of them switched from LL to UL! I have not noted those here however).

New (as of August 2018) exams:

Business
  • Human Resources Management (BUS-202)
  • Principles of Finance (FIN-101)
  • Principles of Financial Accounting I (ACC-101)
  • Principles of Financial Accounting II (ACC-102)
  • Small Business Management (BUS-401)
  • Training and Development (BUS-304)
Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Social Work
  • Career Counseling (PSY-325)
  • Drugs, Society, and Human Behavior (PSY-305)**
  • Family Therapy (PSY-306)
  • Group Counseling (PSY-307)
  • Substance Abuse Counseling (PSY-320)
  • Therapeutic Interviewing (PSY-310)
  • Child Development (PSY-230)
  • Educational Psychology (PSY-204)
  • Jewish Rabbinical Counseling (PSY-308)
  • Social Ethics (SOC-104)
  • Social Psychology (PSY-315) (says LL even though "300")
**PSY-305 is oddly recommended as BOTH "In the lower division/associate degree category OR in the upper division baccalaureate degree category." I have not idea how (or why) it can be both upper and lower level?

Culinary
  • Bar and Beverage Management (HOS-203)
  • Buffet Catering and Garde Manger (HOS-201)
  • Culinary Math (CUL-203)
  • Food Styling (CUL-301)
  • International Foods (HOS-202)
  • Nutritional Cooking (CUL-202)
Education
  • Analyzing Children’s Literature (ECE-304) (says LL even though "300")
  • Health and Safety in Early Childhood Education (ECE-303)
  • Inclusion: Effective Practices for all Students (ECE-355)
  • Music Education (ECE-302)
Exercise Science
  • Sports Nutrition (NUT-103)
(not sure why this one didn't end up in the below category, but not very important)

Nutrition
  • Coaching: The Future of Wellness (NUT-320) (says LL even though "300")
  • Nutrition Life Cycle (NUT-210)
  • Nutritional Counseling (NUT-102)

Looks like the LL/UL mostly matches the course numbers, but I started to see a few that were were mismatched. I noted a handful of them when I noticed, but double check because I wasn't looking too closely while compiling.

I used your code to take Drugs, Society and Human Behavior. I checked with TESU before I did this and my advisor said it comes in as PSY 338 in case anyone is wondering.
