Hi Folks,
Is anyone else having issues accessing the ACE registry lately? I got an error message when I tried getting to the
"Online ACE Registry and Transcript System
www2.acenet.edu
Update: Just got through on the phone with the folks at ACE. They confirmed that the site is experiencing an issue and they are working on it. No ETR at the moment.

I have also been having issues.
1. Taking much longer than usual, close to a week when it's normally 1 or 2 days.
2. Courses taken being rejected by the organization, saying incorrect date submitted. I changed the date and same result of the rejection.
I am trying to figure out how to get the courses into the system.

Contact the course provider to see if there's an issue on their end. I recently had to contact sophia.org to get a course pushed through. They told me I had my name wrong in the system and they didn't know my email... Even though it was always the same email and I put my name in right it had my last name as "doe" because somehow changing my name on Facebook for anonymity purposes updated my Sophia account I guess.

Not sure if this is related or not, but maybe someone can help me out. I just passed the American Literature CLEP and was trying to add it to my ACE transcript, and it gave me message saying "This organization does not participate in the ACE transcript service. In order to receive an ACE transcript for these exams/courses, participants must provide an official score report to the Resource Center."
I thought we could add CLEPs to our ACE transcripts? Is this just another glitch on their end?

No glitch: you can't add CLEPs to ACE transcripts, you have to get a transcript directly from CLEP
