New with ACE/Insurance designation questions

Hi All,

Thanks in advance for your time. I'm jumping back into going back to school, but hoping to test out as quickly/cheaply as possible. I have already started Beg. Alg. through Aleks, and it's slowly coming back. I also just registered for an account with ACE. My main question right now is how to request some previous Insurance courses be added to my ACE account? I apologize, it is probably staring me right in the face, but I can only get course info, and not how to actually add the course. banghead

ACE TRANSCRIPT INSTRUCTIONS

Process - Once you log in, click on course search. Enter organization name and course title, a list of courses will populate. Click on the course title link and then the icon add to transcript. Penn Foster will receive a request to verify course completion. Once approved, ACE then adds the course to your official transcript. You can check processing by clicking on the My Courses link. You will receive a confirmation email once processing is completed. Log in to your account and order a transcript.

Thank you, bricabrac. I must not have scrolled down enough? I finally found the icon "add to transcript". One last question, I don't remember the date I completed these courses, and it won't let me continue without a date. Should I just put one in, or will that mess up my request?

Honestly, I don't know if the request would go through without the date? I knew the dates my courses were completed. My advice, first contact the organization for the date the credit for the course(s) wss issued. ACE will contact them once your request is made for approval. It will alleviate any problems by providing accurate information.
