I will be taking my first CLEP tomorrow morning...Prin of Mngmt..paper based. I believe I am on track for a pass but I just wanted to get a confidence booster with a question answered from someone who has taken that particular clep. I have reviewed the flash cards from instacert once (with intentions to continue a couple more times) and have concentrated most of the time with the petersons.com testprep. My questions... are the questions similar to the 3 example test, are they on target for the paper based exam? Do I need to review instacert with just as much attention and detail that I did with peterson testprep?

The more resources you study, the better you'll do on any test.
But, you'll see a lot of people here mention doing really well on Management after studying only our materials, so I would definitely recommend getting comfortable with our questions *and explanations* before taking the test.
Good luck!

Using the material on this site, along with one practice test from a book, I passed "Principles of Management" today. My raw score was 71.
This is the last class required for my BA. My degree is from a state university. The school awards upper-level credit for passing this exam. I consider myself very lucky because both my advisor and department chair allowed me to CLEP in lieu of retaking a class. Except for a foreign languge CLEP, the rest of my credits were earned in the classroom over time.
sgloer is correct about the effectiveness of the materials. I began studying the questions/explanations here on Monday evening, and tested at 12:30 PM on Wednesday.
Thank you!

I spent most of my time here on Instantcert and also took the 3 Petersons exams and took the collegeboard practice. I scored a 70, the combined studying from different resources was a big help.
Good Luck!

I studied Instacert for two days before taking this one, did no other preparation *at all* and scored a 71. Well, I suppose being a longtime Dilbert fan may have helped, but that wasn't really studying. ;-)
I have no idea how helpful Petersons would be here.
