New online ABET accredited Engineering Technology degree's from ODU
#1
Thought this may be of interest to folks as an alternative to TESC and Excelsior for an online ABET/TAC degree:
EET - Computer Engineering Technology | ODU Online
EET - Electrical Systems Technology | ODU Online
Civil Engineering Technology | ODU Online
MET - Manufacturing Systems / Mechanical System Design | ODU Online

Calculating Cost
In-state Virginia Residents:
$316 per credit hour*
Out-of-State Students:
$345 per credit hour

I might do one of these as a second degree once I finish my current BS program.

Thanks for passing the info (although it isn't actually new). I had looked into this myself a year ago since I was interested in Engineering. Then I realized it was Engineering Technology and not engineering.

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.

Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.

Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.

Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.

Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

Thanks for sharing. I found out about these when a German member brought them up. I got a little confused at first because they didn't have an actual degree program in computer engineering. As you've posted, it's an EET with an emphasis in computer engineering.
